1. When is the next click day for seasonal flow applications?
The next click day for applications for a seasonal work permit is set for October 1, 2025.
Applications can be submitted from 9:00 a.m. via the dedicated government portal.
2. How many quotas are available for seasonal workers in the October 2025 click day?
The 2025 Flow Decree has allocated 33,000 quotas for seasonal work permit applications to be submitted during the October click day.
Additionally, Directive No. 2500 of May 19, 2025 makes 22,968 extra quotas available for both seasonal and non-seasonal work. These additional quotas are taken from the 40% share originally reserved for female workers under Article 2, paragraph 7-bis of Law Decree 145/2024.
3. When does the pre-filing period end?
Pre-filing for seasonal flow applications linked to the October 1, 2025 click day is open from July 1 to July 31, 2025.
4. What are the first steps for proper pre-filing?
The very first step is to obtain a certified email address (PEC) and register it with the INI-PEC database.
Only then will you receive the code needed to unlock and access the pre-filing platform.

5. Which employers can apply for a seasonal work permit?
Only businesses structured to handle seasonal increases in activity, or specific production/technical needs tied to market cycles or production seasons, can apply for a seasonal work permit on October 1, 2025.
This must comply with the provisions outlined in the relevant collective labor agreements.
