Meet our Team
Attorney Riccardo Camilloni
Founder of Integra, after completing his law degree, he earned a specialized Master’s in International Human Rights Lawat the end of a two-year English-language program. He also successfully completed the advanced training course in Social and Legal Practices in the Reception and Integration of Migrants, organized by UNIBO.
Fluent in both English and French, lawyer Camilloni is able to provide high-level services to clients from all over the world. As co-founder of the privacy law firm Datawave, he is also an expert in personal data protection.

Dr. Cesare Vagnini
Graduated in Foreign Languages and Cultures, he is fluent in English and Spanish—skills he applies in international professional settings. He supports the activities of Studio Integra with a multidisciplinary approach, combining his language expertise with a solid specialization in personal data protection.
He is the founder of Datawave Privacy, a consultancy firm focused on privacy and cybersecurity, and serves as Data Protection Officer for major organizations operating in the healthcare and technology sectors. His experience is distinguished by a strong focus on regulatory compliance and the ability to support organizations in adopting effective and GDPR-compliant data management models.

Dr. Emanuela Ferri
She has been working as a legal consultant for many years, gaining solid experience in the fields of civil law and immigration law. As President of Confconsumatori Bologna, she is actively involved in assisting a wide range of clients on a daily basis, providing support with documentation collection, application drafting, and the resolution of out-of-court matters.
She has long collaborated with the association L’Altro Diritto – Bologna, where she actively takes part in the legal help desk within the prison system, offering legal advice on issues related to criminal law and immigration.

Attorney Emily Krueger
Attorney Emily Krueger is a native speaker of both German and Italian, and is fluent in English—a skill that enables her to work effectively in international contexts. She specializes in immigration law and is part of the legal team of the NGO Sea Watch, which is active in the protection of human rights.
After graduating in Law with top marks, she completed an 18-month training internship at the Anti-Mafia District Directorate of the Bologna Public Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained solid experience in the field of criminal law.
Since 2023, she has been collaborating with the law firm Studio Legale Integra, focusing primarily on the protection of fundamental rights and providing both legal and out-of-court assistance in immigration matters.

Dr. Margherita Iaffaldano
After completing her law studies at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, she earned a Level II Master’s degree in Migration Law from the Advanced Training School of the University of Bergamo.
Before joining Studio Integra, she carried out civil service with Avvocato di Strada, working to protect the rights of homeless individuals. She currently continues her involvement with the association as coordinator of the welcome volunteers at the Bologna help desk.
Since December 2022, she has also been collaborating with the online news outlet Diritto e Fiabe (“Law and Fairytales”)
